23 more days to Sundown Marathon.
12 more days to driving test.
But I am seriously not prepared for the a/m. Working life is busy. No time for a lot of things. I am kind of worry about coping for part time degree course. Anyway, working life sucks.
Lastly, 8 more days to jobless.

Month of April passes rather fast. Had my 1st race in this newly joined team. Didn't managed to clinched any cookies back. Upcoming race will be in mid may. Joining club team compared to school team really makes a big difference. I really really really miss those days, where the bond and team fighting spirit is really there. I miss the dinner session with the guys after training at techno coffee shop. I miss the after-training hangout at suntec city/Marina Square. I miss all those moments. I really really really hope to be in the school team again. But then, seems like no more chance already. Why didn't I like business courses in SIM? Why didn't I get better results to get into local University? Why am I living in regrets? Whycan't I just be like the majority?
Extension after extension, from 31st march to 15th apr to 30th apr and now till 15th may. No more extension after this as the work is getting boring.
Went for the AED interview last Friday. The interview was at my alma mater. Familiar environment, but unfamilar faces. 4 interviewers interviewed me. (Should be some big shot from the school). I was rather surprised that the interview went on like this. Feel kind of different. No Q and A which lead me to think that am I doomed for the interview? By the way, I did something rather wrong for a job interview. My hair was quite long (after trimming few days ago) and I was late!! However, I feel that the interview went on rather smoothly. I did not attempt to 'act' like someone and just be nature. That's what is important right? hahaha...
Received 2 letters 2 days ago. One was from NTU and the other from Air Force. I was officially rejected by NTU (Expected, just that wanting to try as there is a glimpse of hope, so shouldn't give up right?). I opened up the other letter, it is also another rejection letter for the position of Air Operation System Specialist. I was wondering, since when did I apply for this vocation? I called them the next day, after some checking, they say that that was my 2nd choice (But I really don't remembering applying for that). I asked how about my 1st choice. He says, " For ACS, there is no more vacancies for ACS. You can try re-applying next year from Jan to March." After hearing this, I really feel that the whole world is collasping and was quite sad. Seems like no job wants me, not even RSAF. this double blow really saddens me and ruin my day. I feel helpless. AED seems to be my only hope now. I hope for the best.
Happened to browse through the PESS website, seems like the another alternative route for me. I was wondering if they only choose good polytechnic results.
Driving test on 18th May. Revision lesson attended: One. Please wish me good luck, I don't wish to fail again.

Finally gotten intenet access in the office. Current my area is being revamped, so the 3 of us (temp staff of corporate admin) managed to work inside a meeting. Damn shiok la, can do anything when the door is close. But then didn't managed to surf the 'entertaining' websites as there is access denied. But good enough already. 4 months afrer ORD, SIM registration ends end of march. I really enjoy campus life, but then seems like I am not fated to have it this time. I am so envious of those who get to continue their Full Time University, especially in local university. How I wish I can really turn back time, really work harder and get into a local university, with the course I like, in NTU. Well, I believe not everobody gets to get what they want, that's life, and I always say life sucks.
Really appriciate to those who had given me their opinions and advices regarding my next chapter of my life. However, decision making is always hard, fearing that the history repeat again. Some say it's like mental block now, i think is more of over cautious, which is equally bad. I thought of signing on, however, negative comments keep coming in. MTE is 5 to 6 yrs, is a very long period for a stepping stone, however, this might be one of the better option left.
My contract is coming to an end. My boss was asking if I am willing to extend my contract till mid april. Anyway, I had agreed, however, still hoping SSC still have vacancy to fill in. I can no longer survuve my pathetic pay with temp job. I gonna starting looking for a better paid perm job soon (if I can find one which is not IT-related).
Working life is kind of boring. I can't imagine how my work life will be like. So look forward to student/campus life~
What are friends in the world of working adults? In their daily life, are they facing a group of friends or colleagues? I am starting to dread working life.

Work work work...can't believe this temp job is really draining me. Though is a short 2 months contract, but time seems to be passing rather slow. Now early march, 27 more days to go, and I mean 27 work days, which means no rest day till the end of march. It's challenging though, but tiring too. More to come in mid march. Cash is running low since dunno when. Pay day faster come, and also those people owing me money, O$P$!
With such busy schedule, doubt will have much meet-up sessions. I will be missing my training on weekends. Is it worth it? No choice, unless...
Happy belated birthday Mum!

1st post in year 2010!! and it's close to mid feb already. Anyway, Congrats to those ORD-ing on Feb. ORD-ed exactly 3 months ago on the same day! 3 months seems quite long when you are doing nothing.
6th Feb is a happy occasion to remember. This very day belongs to the newly wed George and Felicia who finally became husband and wife. Went to their wedding on Saturday, seeing those powerpoint slides and videos, I really feel happy for them from the bottom of my heart. 7 to 8 years is indeed a long relationship to maintain, and I believe that it takes 2 hands to clap to accommodate each other and build the trust. Seeing some old friends at the dinner. For those closer ones, will be busy chatting their recent happenings, however for some, it's as simple as a 'hi' and 'bye'.
Sunday's dinner will be scheduled for DB meet-up with the guys. As ZF will be leaving for his studies in Australia, a simple meet-up was organised. Went to this Italian Resturant and tried Squid Ink spaghetti. Well, kind of regretted after the first try. Chill a while at the nearby bar for a beer. Next meet-up will be soon, I hope.
Monday evening was for my NS cum AI/MTW guys. It was a big group of them and we had steamboat at Sembawang. It really feels good to see them again, and I do admit I kind of miss those days in camp. I miss my dept, miss bunk, miss my bed, miss our jokes and miss MTW office. Well, life has to go on...
Been slacking for too long already, finally got my self a job. But the problem still exists. Business or Sport Science? haiz...been thinking of this for a long long time. I am really scare. What can I do? Follow my heart or be more practical?
